• Minimum of two years in business.
• The dealership is a licensed and insured business.
• The store has an attractive retail facility, and professional outdoor signage, and is located in a business/retail area.
• Dealer has a 1,000 sq ft retail showroom and service department.
• Ability to qualify for commercial financing (floor planning) or cash pre-payment
